TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.

Though Jesus Christ may not have lived in His human form in our epoch. Nevertheless, His lifestyle remains a model to all the living. He subjected his will to the will of God in an unreserved manner. He spent Himself serving; a way of life we are to imbibe in imitation of Him. Hence, in order to serve like He did, we must be ready to tolerate others and forgive their flaws and, as only God can be ground and reason substantial enough to serve others without any expectation nor renumeration.

For our NINE-DAY-BEGINNING OF THE MONTH INTENSIVE PRAYERS AND NOVENA kindly pray your daily Rosary with Psalms 20, 77, 123 and 1 Samuel 16:1-13 from 1st to 9th May, 2023.

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
