WE'RE MEANT TO COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER, NOT TO COMPETE WITH EACH OTHER. Life/existence by it's nature and essence is a reality of opposites constantly complementing each other to bring out something greater and better, never in competition to destroy the other or make the other less in order for the self to exist or become greater/better. THESIS and ANTITHESIS COMPLEMENT to give rise to SYNTHESIS which comes out greater, better and richer than the THESIS and ANTITHESIS. Competition rarely produce anything GOOD, but complementarity does NECESSARILY produce something GOOD. Where as in competition life/the good is destroyed, in complementing life/the good is promoted and enhanced. In competition we find the faults and limitations of others with a view to destroying and outdoing them, in complementing we emphasise the strength and good qualities of others in a bid to bring out the best/the saint in them so as to kill the worst/the demon in them. The world is made more beautiful when we win together than when we win as individuals. Let's stop the unhealthy competitions and learn to love a little more and show a little more compasion. We are firstly humans before being anything else; a Christian, a Muslim, a Buddhist, a Taoist, a Hinduist, an atheist, a white, a black, colored, an African, an American, an Asian, a European, a legislator, a president, a political leader, a religious leader, a traditional ruler, a scientist, an economist, etc. We are firstly a human family. Together we can make the world a better place. Unfortunately or fortunately,  the world is either   made a better place for all of us and by all of us or it remains a doomed place for all of us, as long as a section/region/race wants to make it a better place for itself at the expense of the rest members of the human family.
