TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                             

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY IS A DIVINE MANDAT AND A DIVINE PROJECT. TO THIS EFFECT, WE NEED TO BE GUIDED BY GOD IN THE DISCHARGE OF OUR PAREBTAL RESPONSIBILITIES. BEYOND THE QUEST TO RAISE "GREAT" CHILDREN, WE MUST MAKE A CONSCIENTIOUS EFFORT TO RAISE CHILDREN WHO WILL BE "SAVIOURS" TO THEIR GENERATION AS ORDAONED BY GOD FOR THEM. DO YOU PRIORTISE THE WILL OF GOD IN THE DISCHARGE OF YOUR PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND THE UPBRINGING OF YOUR CHILDREN?

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
