TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                             

"Many are the trials of the righteous, but the Lord delivers them from all of them." (Psalm 34:19). We're presented today with the conspiracy against Jesus Christ, but given that Jesus Christ is a righteous person and on a righteous course, God did not only deliver Him from all His trials but gave Him victory. Keep firm in righteousness, virtue, faithfulness and your quest for perfection. God will not only deliver you from them all but grant you victory and glorify You.

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
