TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                          

Blessed indeed is the Lamb of God who was slain for the remission of our sins. The price of our salvation was paid in the precious blood of Jesus Christ occasioned by His self-sacrifice on the Cross of Calvary out of love for humanity. The pain of Christ Jesus is seeing us not recognising our moment of Divine visitation and grace. Be a benefactor, to the fullest, of the love of God made manifest in Jesus Christ.

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
