TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                        

Our prayer life is generally faced with series of challenges to the effect that we get discouraged praying especially when we feel we are not getting our desired results. Here today, Jesus Christ insistently admonishes us to pray without ceasing and without season. Pray persistently without loosing heart; God will certainly vindicate you for nothing is beyond His intervention and He is never late even when He appears in our judgement to be.

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
