TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                      

At the end of his earthly sojourn on earth and as he breathes his last Blessed Francis MaryPaul Libermann, CSSp acclaimed: "God is all, man is nothing". This is an eternal truth. Trust not in man nor the material assets the world offers for all these can and shall fail. Only God is eternal and shall never fail. Trust Him! Serve Him! Follow Him! Only can save truly.

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
