TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                          

If God can cuase water to flow in a desert/dry land (cf. Isaiah 41:18; Psalm q07:35) and if God could add fifteen extra years to Hezekiah at a time he was meant to die (Isaiah 38:5), then know that God can still restore you despite your condition. Just believe!

NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
