TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF.                         

No matter how horrible the world around you may be and no matter how terrible life may be treating you today don't ever despair nor loose sight of God's presence for despair and desperation are the nursery bed for all vices. Despite all, GOD IS STILL WITH US and He will prove Himself God if we persistently prove ourselves His people. NEW MONTH'S BLESSINGS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

In the Hebrew scriptures (the Old Testament) the number 8 sometimes is used symbolically to represent that which is a surplus or a complete completion of a thing. With the number 7 being the number of completion, perfection or fullness, 8 can be best understood as still part of the whole just greater than the whole. For example, the basket is full of grains, and then there is a surplus...
