WE'RE MEANT TO COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER, NOT TO COMPETE WITH EACH OTHER.

WE'RE MEANT TO COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER, NOT TO COMPETE WITH EACH OTHER.

Life/existence by it's nature and essence is a reality of opposites constantly complementing each other to bring out something greater and better, never in competition to destroy the other or make the other less in order for the self to exist or become greater/better.

THESIS and ANTITHESIS COMPLEMENT to give rise to SYNTHESIS which comes out greater, better and richer than the THESIS and ANTITHESIS.

Competition rarely produce anything GOOD, but complementarity does NECESSARILY produce something GOOD.

Where as in competition life/the good is destroyed, in complementing life/the good is promoted and enhanced.
In competition we find the faults and limitations of others with a view to destroying and outdoing them, in complementing we emphasise the strength and good qualities of others in a bid to bring out the best/the saint in them so as to kill the worst/the demon in them.
In competition we emphasise our perceived strength and good qualities (which often may not be there) in a quest to place ourselves before others and promote ourselves above others, in complementing we acknowledge our limitations in a bid to grow into a better self through others.
In competition our diversity becomes a barrier to and the undoing of our unity, in complementing our diversity becomes the foundation and the cementing of our unity.
In competition we look out for our differences to destroy our common goals and our uniting points, in complementing we look out for our common goals and values and our uniting points and so put all our differences at the service of these our common goals and values and uniting points.
In competition we see only differences and competitors, in complementing we see firstly similarities and supporters.
In competition we grow more in vices, in complementing we grow more in virtues.
In competition we create enmity and raise enemies, in complementing we create friendship/family and raise friends.
Competition empties us of our joy, our self worth and fulfilment, complementing boosts our joy, self worth and fulfillment.
In competition there is no possibility, in complementing there is no impossibility.
In competition the dictum "divided we fall" holds eternally and absolutely true, in complementing the dictum "United we stand" holds eternally and absolutely true.
Competition degrades humanity, complementing upgrades humanity.

Both in plant and animal kingdoms, pollination and mating which are the natural ways of giving rise to new life never occur in the context of competition but in the context of complementarity. This explains why at the end of each pollination or mating session there is no victor, no vanquished (no winner or loser).

The world is not a stage or stadium for competitors (for winners to emerge and take the centre stage and losers to be excluded from the stage/stadium) nor are human beings created for competition. The world is a home to all and human beings are created to compliment one another to make the world a beautiful home and a better place for all.

In all, despite our differences (of all kinds and levels) we are essentially and fundamentally created equal and only as equals can we truly complement one another to make the world what it is actually and truly meant to be: a happy home to all.

May I therefore humbly but strongly appeal that you, as a person, should go out today and always complementing others rather than competing with others so we can together make our world a beautiful home to all and better place for all to live in.

BE ASSURED OF MY PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS.
